From December 9 to 13, 2024, Luxembourg hosted the fourth edition of its largest blockchain-focused event: the Luxembourg Blockchain Week (LBW).
This innovation hub brought together over 350 blockchain enthusiasts from across Europe. All participants shared a common goal: to explore the latest digital transformation tools and discuss emerging challenges in sectors such as finance and real estate.

This session highlighted Luxembourg’s upcoming legislation aimed at facilitating the opening of bank and payment accounts for DLT entrepreneurs. It also provided Olky with an opportunity to remind attendees that the Group has been offering similar services through OlkyPay for over five years.

Discussions continued on December 11 during a roundtable co-organized with the Luxembourg House of Web3 on the theme of "Challenges and Opportunities of Tokenization and RWA (Real World Assets)." During this session, Olky, represented by Karima Lachgar and Xavier Rouayroux, CTO of OlkyWallet, presented innovative solutions such as KYPAY and KYPAY on-chain to handle payment flows related to tokenized assets.

On December 12, Karima Lachgar was also invited to a meet-up for investors organized by ChainEcos. This gathering provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen ties with key players in the industry.
